HOUSESTAGER™ PRO This 2 day educational intensive will focus on the building blocks of the science, psychology and art of staging a seller occupied home. Best practices to increase the marketability for the ideal buyer utilizing the seller’s current belongings. What stays, goes and how to up-style a space with supplementing shopped and/or rental furnishing and accessory props. Learn core updates that can bring the home up to par for today’s buyer. Styling lessons on room layouts, creating focal points, accessorizing, and the importance of color in selling a home. Price: 1475

Class location: If traveling, the class will be held in the Chicago area, Frankfort, IL.

$250 deposit is required to save your seat.

If flying in from out of state, we suggest Midway Airport.  Once you are signed up for the class, we'll email you details such as hotel venues, transportation, etc.   

Please note:  Because we limit the number of attendees per workshop and our class dates are limited too. Remainder of workshop fee is due one week prior of class.

Now in its 18th year! This very popular Realtor CE Course gives a Realtor greater knowledge and understanding about importance of the process of home staging.

Help your client put their best house forward! In today’s competitive real estate market, sellers are often wanting to sell a home that does meet the criteria and expectations of today’s buyers. Home Staging continues to prove homes sell faster, and for more money. Eighty-three percent of buyers’ agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home. The course gives a REALTOR the knowledge they need to advise and educate their sellers on the process of home staging.

• How the practice and process of advising your client to prepare and stage their home to showcase in its best light will benefit them.

• How to advise and educate your client on the assets of improving and showcasing their property to yield the maximum financial return.

• Be aware of the basics of staging that can be advised by the agent, and when to recommend a professional to be involved.

• Offering best advertising and marketing practices to market your client’s property.

Mainstreet offers both the 3 C.E. and offers a REALTOR designation, Certified Staging Consultant. The CSC is a 4 hour course which in includes home staging scenarios, tips, procedures of home staging.
